NOTICE REGARDING CERTIFICATION BODIES RECOGNIZED BY THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND MERIT (MIM)

The Alliances Françaises and the Instituts Français are DELF-DALF examination centers accredited by France Education International (formerly CIEP). Please note that France Education International is the institution designated by the French Ministry for French language certifications.

Diplomas issued by the Alliance Française bearing the CIEP or France Education International logo are official, internationally recognized, and indefinitely valid.

How to register

By the scheduled date of each session, you must complete the individual registration form at the top of the page and pay the registration fee. Proof of payment must be sent to info@alliancefrge.it.

How to prepare for the exam?

The Alliance offers both individual courses, both in person and online, as well as group courses for exam preparation (see dedicated page). Course hours are dedicated exclusively to exam preparation. Students must therefore already have the appropriate language level.

The cost of the exam is not included in the course fee.

Communication of results

  • The results will be communicated via email as soon as they are available (approximately within a month of the tests) and a provisional certificate will be issued, valid for all purposes.

  • Diplomas will be available after approximately four months and can be picked up at the Alliance Française during office hours. They can be mailed to interested parties (their postage will be paid by the applicant).

Exam locations for certifications

The exam locations in Liguria are Genoa, La Spezia, and Ventimiglia.

Candidates from La Spezia must register in Genoa, but the tests take place in La Spezia.
